The thesis
The right advisor is already inside the client.
Most small and mid-sized businesses will never hire a CISO, run a formal risk committee, or evaluate a GRC platform. They will, however, talk to their accountant every quarter, and that accountant is already sitting in a seat of trust that a vendor spends millions trying to buy.
Cyber insurance renewals, customer security questionnaires, and framework attestations have pushed compliance and security work into every SMB conversation the accountant already has. The accountant is where the pain surfaces first. The current answer is to refer the client out, which loses margin, loses continuity, and loses the client relationship over time.
FirmProof gives that advisor a platform. Not a tool the client logs into and struggles with. A partner-facing console the firm operates on behalf of every client, under the firm’s own brand, with the reasoning, evidence handling, and audit-ready output that lets a firm add cyber advisory as a repeatable service line.
The product
What FirmProof is.
A multi-tenant SaaS platform with two levels of tenancy: one branded workspace for the channel partner, many isolated sub-tenants for the partner’s end clients. A partner console that lets one operator manage every client from a single screen. A white-label client portal that carries only the partner’s brand. And an AI compliance engine that drafts policies, classifies evidence, and scores audit readiness, always with a named human approving before anything reaches a client.
The reasoning layer is grounded in a proprietary control library that decomposes SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and CMMC to the sub-control condition level. AI output that cannot be traced to a specific control condition is flagged, not shipped. Every draft carries the model version, the evidence it was built from, and the approval log.

FirmProof has not yet incorporated. Delaware C-corporation formation is the next filing. The product is a working prototype with realistic data and a fully designed backend architecture. The first design partner cohort is now recruiting. Paid pilots follow this quarter.
